Request Account & Data Deletion

App: Timlin (ティムリン-Timlin-)  /  Developer: SikiCraft

日本語版はこちら

This page explains how users of the task and time tracking app Timlin (developed by SikiCraft) can request deletion of their account and the data associated with it.

There is no charge for requesting deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete data stored on our servers, so please follow the steps below if you want your data removed.

How to request account deletion

  1. 1

Open the developer's account on X (formerly Twitter)

Use the button below to open the X account of the Timlin developer (SikiCraft / @saikiiiji).

    Open @saikiiiji on X
  2. 2

    Send a direct message (DM)

Write "Account deletion request" in the message and include the email address registered in the app (or the user ID shown in the app).

  3. 3

    Complete identity verification

To prevent unauthorized deletion by a third party, we may ask you to confirm your registration details over DM. Deletion starts once you reply.

  4. 4

    Receive confirmation

Requests are handled in the order they arrive, and we will reply in the same DM thread once the deletion is complete. After that you will no longer be able to sign in with that account.

If you cannot send a DM

If your X settings prevent you from sending a DM, use our contact form instead. Write "Account deletion request" together with your registered email address; the process is the same.

Data that is deleted

Once your request is accepted, the following data is deleted from our servers and backups. Deleted data cannot be restored.

  • Account information

Email address, authentication ID (Google / Apple sign-in identifier), display name, profile image

  • Task and schedule data

Task names, scheduled time blocks, labels and categories, notes, repeat settings, completion status

  • Time tracking data

Start and end times of records, tracked durations, timer history

  • Review and report data

Daily, weekly and monthly aggregates and the statistics used to draw your charts

  • App settings

Notification settings, display preferences, sync settings and other cross-device configuration

Data that is retained, and for how long

The following data remains after account deletion, either because it is held by a third-party service we cannot delete it from, or because it is kept to maintain service quality. Retention is as follows.

  • !

    Purchase and billing records

Records of Premium plan purchases, renewals and refunds are held by the Google Play Store / App Store and by RevenueCat, the service we use to manage subscriptions. We do not store them on our own servers, and how they are handled follows those companies' policies.

Retention period: Not applicable on our side — we do not hold these records

  • !

Subscriber record in the subscription service

RevenueCat stores an in-app user ID and subscription status in order to manage your subscription. It contains neither your name nor the content of your tasks. We cannot delete this record ourselves, so it is kept according to RevenueCat's data retention policy.

Retention period: As defined by RevenueCat's data retention policy

  • !

    Anonymized statistics and crash logs

Processed so that you can no longer be identified, and used only to improve app quality. They cannot be linked back to a deleted account.

Retention period: Retained only in a form that cannot be linked to you

Please note

  • Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or the data stored on our servers.
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered. Please check anything you need in the app before requesting deletion.
  • If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it separately in the Google Play Store or the App Store. Deleting your account does not stop auto-renewal.
  • For details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
